How I Work

Are you looking to build, re-energize, organize, or manage your grants program? Look no further – I'm here to help! I’m passionate about helping nonprofits thrive. I have extensive experience managing all elements of a nonprofit’s grants, from researching and developing nonprofit grant prospects to collaborating with teams on the ideal strategy for their organizations.

I've been part of teams that have created grant projects for diverse initiatives, including exhibitions, objects conservation, natural lands management, and artist residency programs. I work regularly with foundations, state, and federal agencies. On the other side of the table, I have experience in grant making with the Institute of Museum and Library Services, a federal agency that supports libraries and museums nationwide. 

I create a customized work plan for every organization I partner with that matches its size and the needs. I get to know the staff and the key team members who manage grant-funded projects. Regular video meetings are supplemented by phone calls and emails to make sure applications and projects remain on schedule. I can fit into any project or organization–big or small–to achieve its goals.
